We ask that you limit your requests to three letters, as this will enable the volunteers to fill the request in a more timely manner. Typically, a letter may be on one to three pages.

For members a US$ 5.00 donation, for non-members a US$ 8.00 donation, is requested per listed letter (membership form). The donation is used for research time, copies, postage and the upkeep of the Polish Museum Library machines which are used in processing the obituaries. Additionally, the donations are used to purchase genealogical books and materials for the Library.
