ORDERING INFORMATION Payments PGSA accepts Visa, MasterCard. Shipping and Delivery Information PGSA endeavors to ship purchases within two weeks of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. We deliver via the US Postal Service (USPS). Depending on your geographical location in relation to Chicago, regular order processing & shipping time ranges from two to three weeks. We are not responsible for delays made by the carrier. If the carrier says your package has been delivered to you, we will not be responsible. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Receipt of Your Order While we make every effort to verify the validity of an address, we rely on your accuracy when sending an order to the address you specify. Please be accurate with your shipping information to avoid delays and extra shipping charges. Delivery to Post Office Boxes All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Shipping Costs Shipping charge will be determined at the checkout point of the sales transaction. For 1 Book - US $4.00 to U.S. addresses For each additional book - add US $1.50 For CDs, Booklets, Information Packets & Maps - shipping is included in price Members discounts do not apply to the Postage and Handling charges and on select publications offered for sale. Returns In the event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, PGSA will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing items are returned in their original packaging.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please note that all returns require notification within 7 days of delivery.  Please send us an email including your reason for the return or exchange to returns@PGSA.org. Sales Tax Information Sale tax will be added on all merchandise delivered to Illinois residents only.
