The parish of Lisia Gora consists of Lisia Gora, Zukowice Stare, Lukowa, Zaczarnie, Kobierzyn, Zukowice Nowe, Jastrzabka Nowa, Smigno, Pawezow, Jodlowka, Krzyz, and Jawornik. The parish had registers dating from 1656 as of the late nineteenth century.¹ The microfilm contains copies of parish registers from 1800 to 1869. Jawornik was not listed on the film. The following years were missing from the film: 1816, 1819, 1832-1839, 1850, 1853, and 1866.²
