There were PRCUA Societies all over the United States. To help in identifying the correct Society that your ancestor may have been a member, an index of the societies have been prepared by Society Number. The index will give the name of the Society, the name of the city and state where they were located, and the the name of the Secretary (when known). Some of the Societies may no longer be in existence.
